Reservation Policy – Sunbeds and Balinese Beds

The total price includes a credit redeemable exclusively for food and drinks from our poolside menu.

As a courtesy, we will hold your reservation for sunbeds or Balinese beds for 30 minutes after the booked time. After this grace period, the reservation will be released for resale, and no refund will be issued.

Unused portions of the included credit cannot be carried over to another day. (For example, if you have €20 left from the €50 included with your sunbed, it will not be transferred to another day.)

The credit included with the purchase of poolside sunbeds, Balinese beds, or beach loungers can only be used at the reserved sunbed or Balinese bed. It cannot be transferred to the restaurant.

Guests with beach sunbeds who wish to access the pool must pay a supplement of €15 per person.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be processed if this notice period is respected.

In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to offer flexibility by rescheduling your booking to another date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not imply the right to a refund if no alternative dates are available.

Payment Methods: To ensure a smooth and secure experience, all payments for sunbed and Balinese bed reservations must be made through the CoverManager platform.
